At Poppy and Peonies, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box with the new shipping label on the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
